The DIGIMIG 220 LCD welding machine is designed for manual welding of steel and non‑ferrous metals using MIG/MAG, MMA (covered electrode) and TIG Lift methods. Built for professionals who value high quality and reliability, it can also be used for brazing thin (up to 3 mm) galvanized sheet.
Digital control gives you access to preprogrammed settings as well as full manual adjustment of parameters: shielding gas selection, material thickness, filler wire settings and arc dynamics in MIG/MAG mode. Synergic programs for carbon steel and aluminum alloys make operation easier, so the machine is user‑friendly even for less experienced users and hobbyists.
The Fan Stop function turns the fan off at low load to significantly reduce noise. In MMA mode you can adjust HOT START, ARC FORCE and VRD. The machine also features last‑setting memory, restoring the most recent parameters after power‑off/on.
Compact yet powerful, the inverter (IGBT) source delivers up to 200 A in MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG with a 30% duty cycle. Wire feed speed ranges from 1 to 15 m/min, open‑circuit voltage is 65 V, and the unit supports both gas and gasless welding. Spot MIG welding time can be set from 0.5 to 10 s. Practical dimensions of 450 × 220 × 380 mm and a weight of 14 kg make it convenient for workshops and small businesses. Control is synergic for quick setup, with inductance control and a 2‑roller feeder for stable wire delivery.
