Description
Synergic welder DIGIMIG 215 DUALPULSE 4R is designed for manual welding of steel and non‑ferrous metals. It supports MMA (covered electrode), TIG Lift, and MIG/MAG processes. The MIG/MAG method can be used in a synergic mode, which simplifies setup and operation, making the machine suitable for less experienced users and hobbyists. By changing the polarity, the unit allows MIG/MAG welding with both standard wires in shielding gas and self‑shielded flux‑cored wires. Using pulse or double pulse helps achieve higher weld quality and excellent appearance with very high productivity. Digital control enables full adjustment of parameters, arc dynamics, characteristics, and operating modes. Built on reliable IGBT inverter technology for stable performance.
The unit features a 4‑roll wire feeder for stable electrode wire feeding.
The wire feeder chamber lighting and hanger for guide rollers make it much easier to replace the wire spool and guide rollers and keep things tidy. The shielding gas connection fitting allows the use of a quick coupler, which facilitates and speeds up changing the shielding gas. The Fan Stop function switches off the fan at low load, reducing noise and improving user comfort.
The welder is equipped with a clear LCD display with a menu option in Polish.
The unit allows connection of a Spool Gun (SG) torch with an integrated mini wire feeder and a D100 spool of steel or non‑ferrous wire.
The welder comes factory‑configured for aluminum welding; a steel liner and a roller for welding steel are also included. The set additionally includes a MIG welding torch, electrode cable, work (ground) cable, and a hose for connecting the shielding gas.
