Description
The synergic welder DIGIMIG 205 LCD SYNERGIC is designed for manual welding of steel and non‑ferrous metals. It can also be used for brazing thin galvanized sheets (up to 3 mm).
It supports MMA (covered electrode), TIG Lift (scratch start) and MIG methods. MIG can be used in both manual and synergic modes for easier operation. Thanks to polarity reversal, the unit welds with solid wires in shielding gas as well as with gasless flux‑cored wires.
Digital control provides full adjustment of parameters, arc dynamics and characteristics. Synergic settings for carbon steel and aluminum simplify setup, making the machine suitable for less experienced users and hobbyists. During MMA welding you can adjust HOT START and ARC FORCE, and VRD can be deactivated. The machine features last‑setting memory, restoring parameters after power‑off/on, and a Fan Stop function that reduces noise at low load.
Built on an IGBT inverter platform with synergic control, this single‑phase 230 V unit offers up to 200 A in MIG/MAG and TIG and 180 A in MMA with a 30% duty cycle. It supports gas or gasless operation, uses 200 mm wire spools, and provides a wire feed speed of 2–12.8 m/min. Compact dimensions of 495 × 210 × 330 mm and a weight of 13 kg make it convenient for workshops and small businesses.
