Description
The MIG 300M is a second‑generation welding machine built with IGBT inverter technology. It is designed for manual welding of steel and non‑ferrous metals in shielding gas (MIG/MAG) and with coated electrodes (MMA). It can also be used for gasless welding with flux‑cored wire, and supports work with 100 mm wire spools using a welding torch.
The unit is powered by a three‑phase 3x400 V supply. A professional 4‑roll wire feeder provides smooth, adjustable feed speed from 3 to 18 m/min. Welding voltage for MIG/MAG and welding current for MMA are steplessly adjustable. The machine offers 2T/4T trigger modes and inductance control, which is useful for thin sheet metal. Thermal overload protection safeguards the device. It works with K‑200 (5 kg) and K‑300 (15 kg) wire spools (Ø200/300 mm). Duty cycle is 60% up to 300 A, MIG voltage range 16.5–29 V, and open‑circuit voltage 59 V.
Included accessories: TW‑36 MIG torch 4 m, electrode holder cable, grounding cable with clamp, welding disc, and chipping hammer.
