Description
The synergic welder DIGIMIG 200X Synergic is an innovative machine for manual welding of steel and non‑ferrous metals using the MIG/MAG, MMA (covered electrode) and Lift TIG methods. It can also be used for brazing thin (up to 3 mm) galvanized sheets. The welder supports self‑shielded flux‑cored wire (without shielding gas) and connection of a Spool Gun (SG) torch. It is intended for professionals who value high quality and reliability.
Digital control allows full adjustment of parameters, arc dynamics, characteristics, and selection of manual or synergic operating modes in MIG/MAG. Synergic settings for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys significantly simplify operation, making the machine suitable for less experienced users and hobbyists.
In MMA mode, adjustable ARC FORCE and HOT START functions are available, with the option to enable VRD and ANTI STICK.
The welder offers multiple operating modes, including a spot‑welding option, and features a last‑setting memory that restores the previously used parameters after power cycling. A clear, color display makes operation straightforward.
Built on IGBT inverter technology and powered from a single‑phase 230 V supply, the unit delivers up to 200 A in MIG/MAG and TIG and 180 A in MMA. It supports gas or gasless welding, 2T/4T trigger modes, inductance control, a two‑roller wire feeder, adjustable spot‑weld time (0–10 s) and a wire feed speed range of 2–15 m/min.
Included: MIG torch, work (ground) cable and electrode holder lead.
