Description
The DIGIMIG 200 HIT is a modern, synergic welder designed for manual welding of steel and non‑ferrous metals. It supports three popular processes: MMA (shielded metal arc), TIG Lift, and MIG/MAG. Thanks to switchable polarity, it welds with both gas‑shielded wires and flux‑cored (gasless) wires.
The unit also works with a Spool Gun fitted with a mini wire feeder and D100 spool—an ideal solution for aluminum and thin materials. MIG/MAG can be run manually or in synergic mode, which automatically selects welding parameters. Built‑in synergic programs cover steel, aluminum alloys, and flux‑cored wires. A convenient feeder chamber light makes loading wire and changing rollers easier and more precise.
Built on IGBT inverter technology, the DIGIMIG 200 HIT offers a compact size and weight, high efficiency, and reduced energy consumption. It is a single‑phase (230 V) machine with synergic control, suitable for indoor or sheltered workshop use. Wire feed speed ranges from 2.5 to 15 m/min, with welding currents up to 200 A (MIG/MAG and TIG) and 180 A (MMA).
