The DIGIMIG 225GDS welding machine is one of the most advanced units on the Polish market for manual welding of steel and non‑ferrous metals using the MIG/MAG, MMA (covered electrode), and Lift TIG methods. Designed for professionals who value high quality and reliability, it can also be used for brazing thin (up to 3 mm) galvanized sheet. Thanks to polarity reversal, the unit supports both standard solid wires with shielding gas and self‑shielded flux‑cored wires.

The welder allows connection of a Spool Gun (SG) torch with an integrated mini wire feeder and a D100 spool with steel or non‑ferrous wire, enabling work with two different wires without rethreading the main feeder.

Digital control provides full parameter adjustment, arc dynamics and characteristics, plus manual or synergic MIG/MAG modes. Synergic programs for mild and stainless steel as well as aluminum alloys AlMg5 and AlSi5 simplify setup, making the machine accessible to less experienced users and hobbyists.

In MMA mode you can adjust ARC FORCE, HOT START, and VRD. The unit features last‑setting memory (restoring parameters after power‑off/on) and the ability to store 40 parameter sets (10 for each welding process + 10 for manual MIG/MAG), with a dedicated program number display.
