Description
The synergic welder DIGIMIG 200 Pulse is an innovative machine for manual welding of steel and non‑ferrous metals using the MIG/MAG, MMA (shielded metal arc) and Lift TIG methods. It is designed for professionals who value high quality and reliability. It can also be used for brazing thin (up to 3 mm) galvanized sheets. The welder allows connection of a Spool Gun (SG) torch.
Digital control enables full adjustment of parameters, arc dynamics, characteristics, and selection of manual or synergic operation in the MIG/MAG process. Synergic settings for mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys greatly simplify operation, making the unit suitable for less experienced users and hobbyists. Using pulse or double pulse allows for higher weld quality and excellent appearance with very high productivity.
The unit supports standard MMA welding or MMA with pulsing for improved weld quality. In MMA mode you can adjust ARC FORCE and HOT START, as well as disable VRD.
The DIGIMIG 200 Pulse also enables DC TIG with pulsing and adjustable pulse characteristics. The welder offers several operating modes, including a spot welding option. The unit features last-setting memory, so the most recent parameters are restored after power-off and restart. You can also store 35 sets of settings with easy access to save/recall. The machine is equipped with wire feeder chamber lighting, which significantly facilitates and speeds up installing and replacing the wire spool, especially in poorly lit work areas. On the inside of the spool chamber cover there is a concise welder’s guide that assists daily operation, with a detailed description of how to access adjustable parameters.
The welder comes with a unique MIG torch with a knob on the handle for remote adjustment of voltage/welding current during synergic operation.
Included are a work (ground) lead, an electrode holder lead, and a drive roll for aluminum welding.
