DIGITIG 214 CLEAN is designed for manual welding of structural steels with coated electrodes (MMA method) and for welding alloy and stainless steels, copper and its alloys with a non-consumable electrode in an inert gas shield (TIG method). Built on reliable IGBT inverter technology, it offers pulse welding with full control of parameters. It also supports cold TIG welding for joining thin components thanks to very low heat input in the joint area. The unit features electrochemical cleaning of stainless-steel welds, removing oxides and discoloration, which helps eliminate the need for separate pickling and polishing.
The welder is equipped with Arc Force, Hot Start and VRD, plus 2T/4T control and settings memory. TIG current is available up to 200 A (MMA up to 180 A) with a 60% duty cycle. You can fine‑tune the process with adjustable pre- and post‑gas (approx. 0.1–15 s and 0.5–15 s), current up/down slopes (0–15 s), and a wide pulse frequency range of about 0.2–500 Hz. Despite its capabilities, the unit remains compact and portable at around 7.3 kg, with dimensions of roughly 43 × 17 × 31 cm.
The set includes a TIG welding torch, electrode holder cable, work/ground cable, an electrochemical cleaning handle, and a cleaning solution.
