Welding Tables are indispensable wherever precision matters. Use them for manual or robotic welding to assemble structures accurately and reduce unnecessary rework.
They ensure ergonomic, fast work while maintaining high precision and repeatability of your builds.
The Welding Table must be flat! PLUS tabletops are 12 mm thick and feature dense internal ribbing for a perfectly flat working surface. A 1000×600 mm table includes 1 lengthwise rib and 2 additional ribs. The massive, rigid substructure guarantees top stability in use and protects against deformation. Flatness tolerance across the entire surface is ≤0.15 mm*.

Milled and chamfered holes in the tabletop make it easy to mount and remove tools thanks to precise fit, and they reduce tool wear—no excessive force is needed. This is one of the best solutions available on the welding table market. Hole tolerance is ±0.05 mm.
Engraved scale on the tabletop features 100×100 mm horizontal and vertical grid lines. It serves as a reference when positioning assemblies and installing tooling. With measuring tools, you can set your workpiece precisely to the required dimension.

The PLUS table legs, made from 80×80 mm profile, have a load capacity of 750 kg per leg. For a 3000×1480 mm table with 8 legs, the maximum load capacity is 6,000 kg.
You can choose legs with leveling feet or with casters—pick what works best for your workspace.

Use milled PLUS tooling with PLUS series welding tables to precisely assemble both flat 2D and spatial 3D structures—in much less time.
*Provided the table is properly leveled.
