A welding table must be flat! EXPERT tabletops, 25 mm thick, feature dense ribbing for an ideally flat working surface. A 1000×600 mm table has 1 rib running lengthwise and 2 ribs running across. The tabletop’s massive, rigid substructure guarantees top stability in use and protects against deformation. Flatness tolerance over the entire surface is ≤0.15 mm*.

Milled and chamfered holes in the tabletop make it easy to install and remove tooling thanks to precise fit. This also reduces tool wear—you won’t need excessive force to mount or dismount accessories. This execution is among the best solutions available on the welding table market. Hole tolerance is ±0.05 mm.

The tabletop’s engraved scale consists of vertical and horizontal lines in a 100×100 mm grid. It serves as a reference when laying out structures and mounting tools. Using measuring instruments, you can set your assembly to the required dimensions.

The legs of EXPERT Welding Tables, made from 120×120 mm profile, have a load capacity of 1250 kg per leg. For the 3000×1480 mm table, which has 8 legs, you get a maximum load capacity of 10,000 kg.
