Welding tables are indispensable wherever you need precision during welding. Use them for manual or robotic welding. Your assemblies will finally be made exactly, without unnecessary rework!
They also ensure ergonomic, fast work while maintaining precision and repeatability of your builds.
A welding table must be flat! EXPERT tabletops, 25 mm thick, feature dense ribbing for a perfectly flat working surface. The 1000×600 mm table has 1 longitudinal rib and 2 transverse ribs. The table’s massive, rigid substructure guarantees maximum stability in use and protects against deformation. Flatness tolerance across the entire tabletop is ≤0.15 mm*.

Milled and chamfered holes in the tabletop make it easy to mount and remove tools thanks to the precise fit of holes to accessories. This also reduces wear—you won’t need excessive force for assembly and disassembly. It’s the best solution available on the welding table market! The manufacturing tolerance of the table holes is ±0.05 mm.
The tabletop’s engraved scale consists of vertical and horizontal lines in a 100×100 mm grid. It serves as a reference point when laying out structures and mounting tools. With measuring tools, you can set your assembly precisely to achieve the required dimension.

The legs in EXPERT welding tables, made from 120×120 mm profile, have a load capacity of 1250 kg per leg. For the 3000×1480 mm size with 8 legs, you get a maximum load capacity of 10,000 kg.
You can choose: legs with a foot or on casters—pick what works best for you!

Use milled EXPERT tools with EXPERT series welding tables. They let you precisely build any flat 2D or spatial 3D structure—in much less time!
*Provided the table is properly leveled.
