Description
OCT octagonal welding tables are essential tools in production, especially where automation and accuracy are paramount. Robotic welding and OCT octagonal tables are used across industries such as automotive, aerospace, and steel structure manufacturing to achieve top quality and efficiency in welding processes. The octagon-shaped tabletops are an excellent choice for automated applications. Made from high‑grade S355J2+N steel or stainless steel 1.4301 in accordance with ISO 2768-1, they deliver a rigid build and a precisely finished working surface—crucial for high‑quality welds.

The milled and chamfered holes in the octagonal tabletop make tool setup and removal easier, as each hole fits accessories precisely. This reduces tool wear and minimizes effort during assembly and disassembly. Hole manufacturing tolerance is ±0.05 mm, while table flatness over the entire surface reaches up to ≤0.3 mm. The tabletop is reinforced with ribs for stability under load.
An engraved 100×100 mm grid of vertical and horizontal lines serves as a reference for laying out structures and positioning fixtures. With measuring tools, you can align components precisely to meet required dimensions. Use the dedicated milled tooling with OCT Octagonal Welding Tables to build accurate 2D flat and 3D spatial assemblies—in significantly less time.
