Filling Instructions:
- Screw the shunt onto the mother's CO2 cylinder.
- Insert the cartridge into the Quick Connect socket of the shunt
- Check if the air vent valve (silver) is closed, if not, close it.
- Gently unscrew the valve on the cylinder (you will hear a hissing sound).
- The filling process is in progress.
- Once the filling process is complete, close the cylinder valve.
- Unscrew the vent valve (silver) – you will hear a short hissing sound (if it hisses constantly, check that the cylinder valve is properly tightened).
- Remove the cartridge from the Quick Connect socket.
- Ready!
Our advice:
- when using a mother bottle without a sedimentation tube, you must turn it upside down
- Before refilling, release any remaining gas from the cartridge
- you can fill the empty cartridge completely, if you put it in the freezer before filling it, it should be cold
- When filling, place the cartridge on the scale to control the amount of CO2 being transferred, you can transfer a maximum of 425g of carbon dioxide
