Description

Welding pads are used to form the weld boundary layer. The segmented design allows them to fit into the arc surfaces. The segments are fixed on a self-adhesive aluminum tape. Washers can be used to weld sheets by individually selecting the size of the ceramic washer segment depending on the surface (flat or curved). The use of ceramic washers allows:

  • shortening of welding time (one-sided welding without the need for support)
