Description

DIGITIG 214 CLEAN naudojamas rankiniam konstrukcinio plieno dengtais elektrodais (MMA metodas) ir kokybiško plieno, vario ir jo lydinių suvirinimui nenaudojamu elektrodu inertinių dujų ekrane (TIG metodas). Aparatasturi galimybę suvirinti impulsu ir visiškai reguliuoti jo parametrus. Tai taip pat leidžia atlikti vadinamąjį šaltąjį TIG suvirinimą (šaltą suvirinimą), leidžiantį suklijuoti plonus elementus dėl labai mažo šilumos išsiskyrimo sujungimo zonoje. Prietaisas atlieka nerūdijančio plieno suvirinimo siūlių elektrocheminio valymo funkciją, pašalinant oksiduotus suvirinimo sluoksnius ir spalvos pasikeitimą. Tai pašalina poreikį ėsdinti ir poliruoti suvirinimo siūles.

Aparataas aprūpintas Arc Force, Hot Start ir VRD funkcijomis, turi 2T/4T valdymo ir nustatymų atmintį.

Rinkinį sudaro TIG suvirinimo degiklis, elektrodo kabelis ir masės kabelis. elektrocheminis valymo laikiklis ir valymo priemonė.
