Description

TheDIGITIG 315 AC/DC MULTIPRO digital welder is a latest-generation device for professional applications. It is made with IGBT technology and equipped with digital control. It is used for manual TIG HF and TIG Lift welding of steels and non-ferrous metals with DC and AC currents. The device is equipped with the option of MMA (shielded electrode) welding.

The welder allows full digital adjustment and control of welding parameters arc characteristics and pulse, as well as selection of AC current waveform. It has HF ignition, ARC FORCE function, 2T/4T switch and display indicating welding current and memory sets. The device has a last setting memory, that is, when it is turned off and turned on again, the last set parameters are restored. There is also a possibility to store 20 sets of settings of pulse and welding current parameters.

The set includes a liquid-cooled TIG welding chuck, electrode cable and ground cable.

In order to cool the welding fixture, there is a dedicated WS-7L efficient cooler for this welder. The construction of the cooler uses components of the proven WRC-300B cooler, the rebuild and the fluid reservoir have been changed. The use of a heat exchanger built on a copper coil and a stainless steel pump definitely increase the cooling efficiency and extend the life of the unit. The whole thing is built on a stable trolley, with a very practical shelf for accessories and tools, and hangers for the welding chuck and wires.
