Welding table PLUS 1500 × 1000 mm with hydraulic lifting system - 2000x1000mm

GPPH welding tables with a hydraulic lifting system are specialized tables with automatic tabletop height adjustment. This lets you quickly set the ideal working height, ensuring high comfort and efficiency.

Hydraulic-lift welding tables are equipped with:

• an overload valve that prevents lifting loads that are too heavy;
• a safety valve that stops lowering if the hydraulic hoses rupture;
• limit switches that protect the user from crushing or injury.

The hydraulic-lift bases are available across five GPPH tabletop series: PRO, PRO INOX, PLUS, PLUS INOX, and ECO, each offered in four size variants. Tabletops are available with ø28 mm holes in 100×100 mm and diagonal grids, as well as with ø16 mm holes in 50×50 mm, 100×100 mm, and diagonal grids.

The welding table must be flat! PLUS tabletops, 12 mm thick, feature dense ribbing for an exceptionally flat working surface. A massive, rigid substructure ensures top stability in use and protection against deformation. Flatness tolerance over the entire surface is ≤0.3 mm.

Machined and chamfered holes make tool mounting and removal easier thanks to precise fit, reducing wear and minimizing the force needed for setup. This execution is among the best solutions available on the welding table market. The tolerance for table holes is ≤0.05 mm.
