PRO Welding Table 1500×1000 mm with Hydraulic Lift System - 2400x1200mm

GPPH welding tables with a hydraulic lifting system are specialized tables with automatic worktop height adjustment. This lets you quickly and easily set the ideal working height, ensuring high comfort on the job.

Welding tables with a hydraulic lifting system feature:

• an overload valve that prevents lifting excessively heavy loads;
• a safety valve that stops lowering in the event of hydraulic hose rupture;
• limit switches that protect the user from crushing or injury.

Tables with a hydraulic lifting system are available in five series of GPPH welding tabletops: PRO, PRO INOX, PLUS, PLUS INOX, and ECO, with each series offered in four size variants.

Each tabletop is available with 28 mm holes in 100×100 mm and diagonal grids, as well as with a 16 mm hole system in 50×50 mm, 100×100 mm, and diagonal grids.

A welding table must be flat! PRO tabletops, 15 mm thick, have dense ribbing, ensuring a perfectly flat working surface. The table’s massive and rigid substructure guarantees maximum stability during use and protection against deformation. The flatness tolerance across the entire tabletop is ≤0.3 mm (less than or equal to 0.3 mm).

Milled and chamfered holes in the tabletop make it easy to mount and remove tools thanks to precise hole-to-tool fit. This also reduces wear—no excessive force is needed for assembly or disassembly. This execution is among the best solutions available on the welding table market! The hole tolerance of the welding table is ≤0.05 mm (less than or equal to 0.05 mm).
