GPPH welding tables with a hydraulic lifting system are specialized tables with automatic worktop height adjustment. This lets you quickly and easily set the ideal working height, ensuring high comfort on the job.

Welding tables with a hydraulic lifting system feature:

• An overload valve that prevents lifting loads that are too heavy;
• A safety valve that stops lowering if hydraulic hoses rupture;
• Limit switches that protect the user from crushing or injury.

Tables with a hydraulic lifting system are available across GPPH welding table worktop series:

• PRO, PLUS and ECO, made of S355J2+N steel;
• PRO INOX and PLUS INOX, made of stainless steel grade 1.4301.

Each series is available in four size variants.

Each worktop is offered with Ø 28 mm holes in 100×100 mm and diagonal grids, as well as with Ø 16 mm holes in 50×50 mm, 100×100 mm and diagonal grids.

A welding table must be flat! PRO table tops, 15 mm thick, have dense ribbing, ensuring a perfectly flat working surface. The table’s massive, rigid understructure provides top stability in use and protection against deformation. Flatness tolerance across the entire top is ≤ 0.3 mm.

Milled and chamfered holes in the tabletop make mounting and removing tools easy thanks to precise fit, while also reducing wear—no excessive force is needed. This execution is the best solution available on the welding table market. Hole tolerance is ≤ 0.05 mm.

Stainless welding tables from the INOX series are made of stainless steel grade 1.4301, which offers better electrical conductivity than regular steel—electrical resistivity at 20°C = 0.73 (Ω mm²)/m. Use them wherever precise welding of stainless steel is required.

These stainless welding tables are characterized by high build quality and wear resistance. They are made of stainless steel with a high chromium content, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. With GPPH INOX welding tables, when welding stainless steel structures there is no risk of iron precipitating and causing corrosion spots.
