Description
GPPH welding tables with a hydraulic lifting system are specialist tables with automatic worktop height adjustment. This lets you quickly and easily set the ideal working height, ensuring high comfort on the job.
Welding tables with a hydraulic lifting system feature:
- an overload valve preventing lifting of excessively heavy loads;
- a safety valve that stops lowering if hydraulic hoses rupture;
- limit switches that protect the user from crushing or injury.
Hydraulic-lift tables are available across the following GPPH welding table series:
- PRO, PLUS and ECO, made of S355J2+N steel;
- PRO INOX and PLUS INOX, made of stainless steel grade 1.4301.
Each series is available in 4 size variants.
Every worktop is offered with Ø 28 mm hole systems in 100×100 mm and diagonal grids, as well as Ø 16 mm hole systems in 50×50 mm, 100×100 mm and diagonal grids.
A welding table must be flat! PLUS worktops, 12 mm thick, feature dense ribbing, ensuring a perfectly flat working surface. A massive and rigid worktop substructure guarantees top stability in use and protection against deformation. The table flatness tolerance over the entire surface is ≤ 0.3 mm.
Machined and chamfered holes in the tabletop make tool installation and removal easy thanks to precise fit. This also reduces tool wear — no excessive force is needed. This execution is among the best solutions available on the welding table market. The hole manufacturing tolerance is ≤ 0.05 mm.
Stainless steel welding tables in the INOX series are made of stainless steel grade 1.4301, which has better electrical conductivity than ordinary steel — electrical resistivity at 20°C = 0.73 (Ω mm²)/m. Use them wherever precise welding of stainless steel is required.
These stainless steel welding tables offer high build quality and wear resistance. They are made of stainless steel with a high chromium content, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. With GPPH INOX welding tables, there is no risk of iron precipitation causing corrosion spots when welding stainless steel structures.
