A welding table must be flat! The 12 mm-thick BASIC tabletops feature dense ribbing for an exceptionally flat work surface. The tabletop flatness tolerance across the entire surface is ±0.3 mm*. The 1000×600 mm table has one longitudinal rib and two additional ribs.

The BASIC Welding Table ensures an ideally flat, deformation-resistant work surface thanks to a rigid, heavy-duty 80 mm-high substructure. From now on, your welded assemblies will be straight, repeatable, and free from distortion.

Milled and chamfered holes in the tabletop make mounting and removing tools easy, thanks to the precise hole-to-tool fit. This also reduces tool wear — no excessive force is needed for installation or removal. This execution is among the best solutions available for welding tables! The hole manufacturing tolerance is ±0.05 mm.

The engraved scale on the tabletop provides vertical and horizontal lines in a 100×100 mm grid. It serves as a reference when arranging assemblies and setting up tools. With measuring instruments, you can position your structure precisely to achieve the required dimensions.

Legs are the foundation! The BASIC Welding Table uses 60×60 mm legs with 4 mm wall thickness, ensuring a load capacity of 250 kg per leg and delivering a stable, safe structure.
For the 2400×1200 mm model with six legs, you get a maximum load capacity of 1,500 kg.
